Just wondering how everyone is doing with those red cardboard boxes for "the sale" with the cute little plastic clips. These boxes and clips were to be treated with the upmost care as they will be re-used sometime in the future. Most of the ones in my store are so crapped out they look worse than the brown cardboard Borders boxes.

I mean, who was the lamer at AA who actually thought these boxes could survive being overloaded with heavy books, picked up day after day, dragged in and out the store morning and night and still be usuable after this sale? Why wouldn't somebody at AA say, "umm, you think those boxes will hold up?" Isn't there anybody there with a lick of sense? It's the first thing I thought when they came in. How are these gonna last and how are we gonna keep these little plastic clips attached to the box for more than one hour?

I realize this is a minor thing but it amazes me how these types of snafus come one after another. Is the environment such at AA that they are all scared to voice an opinion?

Or, am I the nut and are all the other store's red boxes and clips holding up just fine?
